When I first met Dr. Rosales, it was one of the most positive healthcare experiences I've ever had. He was kind, respectful, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. I was so impressed that I couldn't stop telling my husband and family about him.
After a six-month wait, the day finally arrived for my virtual follow-up appointment. I was ready well ahead of time, smiling from ear to ear and eager to share my sleep badges and results. My husband asked, "Are you all set?" and I proudly replied, "Absolutely!" Then I sat waiting for the text to log in, feeling like a child watching the clock on Christmas Eve.
A little time passed, and I began to wonder what had happened. When I called the office, Marcy answered. She kindly explained that Dr. Rosales was unexpectedly out of the office for the day. For a brief moment, my expression looked very much like my grandson's famous disappointed frown. Thankfully, that moment didn't last long.
With a reassuring smile in her voice, Marcy said, "Tomorrow, Mrs. Hawkins."
Just like that, my disappointment disappeared. I started laughing and smiling again. Marcy turned my day around with her kindness and professionalism. Best of all, she kept her word—the appointment took place the very next day.
Thank you, Marcy, for your compassion and excellent customer service. And thank you, Dr. Rosales, for being such an outstanding physician. I was delighted to share my good news with you, and it was rewarding to hear that you were pleased with my results.
A great doctor is someone who helps patients sleep better. An exceptional doctor is someone patients are actually excited to see while they're awake. Dr. Rosales is certainly one of those rare exceptions.

The staff technician was proffessional, knowledgable,  along with a pleasant personality.  The accommodations were very comfortable with a  cozy queen size bed, a TV,  and  private bathroom.
I was so comfortable, I could of stayed for another day.
